The Premier Group was created with the design and desire in mind to be a one-stop business centre. The objective was to manage and fulfil all of our client’s financial requirements comprehensively under one Group. The client, in essence, would not have the need to go to any other financial institution or competitor, as all of their needs can be dealt with within one organisation. This has been achieved by creating a four-division structure, containing a 30 plus strong of highly qualified Head Office staff that are able to ensure that the Group’s objectives are met.

David Morris is Managing Director and Founder of the Group of Companies. Following an 18 year Military Career in the Royal Navy, he believes passionately in a strong leadership, whilst working closely with all members of the group to ensure we deliver high quality advice and customer service.

Premier Independent Investments (UK) Limited

This is the longest established company within the Group’s structure, and will celebrate its 10th Anniversary in 2006. Premier Independent Investments (UK) Limited currently has a team of fifteen authorised advisers based nationwide.

Premier Independent Investments (UK) Limited declares itself as fully independent and fee based. The Group has specialists in every field, and can boast a strong technical infrastructure with fully qualified personnel, based at Head Office. Many of our Advisers also hold advanced/practitioner qualifications. The company is able to advise upon all areas of financial services with no limitations, including Pension Transfers and Income Drawdown.

Premier Mortgages (UK) Limited

This company was formed a number of years ago and is a separate independent legal entity to that of Premier Independent Investments (UK) Limited. It is also directly authorised by the FSA in it’s own right. Premier Mortgages (UK) Limited is currently whole of market and has an ethos consistent with the Group’s philosophy of independence. We currently have 20 personnel authorised to give both regulated mortgage and lifetime mortgage advice. Our Head Office infrastructure has an excellent support regime for all types of mortgages, including commercial business.

Premier Commercial Finance

Premier Commercial Finance has been established to provide a direct service to commercial borrowers and to handle transactions introduced on behalf of clients by Accountants, Solicitors, Insolvency Practitioners, Independent Financial Advisers and Commercial and Residential professionals. Our core areas of activity are Commercial Mortgages, Business Finance and Equipment Finance.

Premier Property Centre

The Property Centre has two separate divisions, consisting of:

Residential Lettings – Premier Property Centre, approximately 150 let and fully managed properties within Solihull and it’s surrounding areas, for both UK resident and overseas landlords. We are also able to give advice on investment properties and property portfolio development. In addition, we advise landlords of their constantly changing legal and safety obligations.

International Sales – we are able to sell properties in a number of overseas locations including USA and Continental Europe. This entails monitoring our agents in the various countries and having a sound technical, geographical and social knowledge of each area. We also make regular inspection visits and keep abreast of new developments.
